the Foggy Forest Painting
We are blessed to live in a world that is full of unique landscapes and one of my passions is to explore the stunning areas that surround us and capture what I see using an array of mediums.
The right landscape or misty forest painting can really bring out the colours in any room of the house, which is why they have become so popular with art collectors and home owners alike for forest wall art .
I often travel to the likes of Sussex, Surrey and Kent as I find that the colours in nature work really well with my artistic style, and many collectors love to see what I can produce. Beyond this, I also love to pick out and portray the shadows and lighting that can occur in these kinds of landscapes - which is why I like to paint my work around sunset and sunrises, just as the sun is at a glorious angle to help generate a golden hour.
this foggy forest painting as with all of my work is created by hand in my studio and I like to do more than just paint; I like to use colours to really signify the landscape and to tell the story of the area on the canvas.
